Key Resume Rules to Follow:
१. आफ्नो व्यक्तिगत जानकारी सही राख्नुहोस्
आफ्नो पूरा नाम, Mobile Number, Email Address र हालको Address सही रूपमा लेख्नुहोस्। Recruiter ले सम्पर्क गर्न यही जानकारी प्रयोग गर्ने भएकाले कुनै पनि गल्ती नहोस्। Professional Email (जस्तै: ram.sharma@gmail.com) प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्।
२. आवेदन दिने जागिर अनुसार CV तयार गर्नुहोस्
सबै Job का लागि एउटै CV प्रयोग नगर्नुहोस्। जुन पदका लागि आवेदन दिँदै हुनुहुन्छ, त्यससँग सम्बन्धित Skills, Experience, Training र Achievement लाई प्राथमिकता दिनुहोस्।
३. Education नयाँबाट पुरानो क्रममा लेख्नुहोस्
सबैभन्दा पछिल्लो Qualification सबैभन्दा माथि राख्नुहोस्। विद्यालय, कलेज, विश्वविद्यालय, अध्ययन अवधि, प्राप्त GPA वा Percentage (यदि राम्रो छ भने) स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्।
४. Work Experience स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्
काम गरेको संस्था, पद, काम गरेको अवधि र मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू छोटकरीमा लेख्नुहोस्। यदि अनुभव छैन भने Internship, Volunteer Work, Academic Project वा Freelance काम उल्लेख गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
५. प्रमाणित Skills मात्र राख्नुहोस्
आफूले वास्तवमै प्रयोग गर्न सक्ने Skills मात्र लेख्नुहोस्। कुनै Software, Programming Language, Language Skill वा Technical Skill उल्लेख गर्दा आवश्यक परे Demonstrate गर्न सक्ने हुनुपर्छ।
६. Training, Certificate र Achievement समावेश गर्नुहोस्
सम्बन्धित Training, Workshop, Certification वा Achievement भए मात्र राख्नुहोस्। यसले तपाईंको योग्यता र सिक्ने क्षमतालाई देखाउँछ।
७. सधैं सत्य र प्रमाणित जानकारी मात्र लेख्नुहोस्
CV मा झुटो, बढाइचढाइ वा प्रमाणित गर्न नसकिने जानकारी नलेख्नुहोस्। Interview वा कामको समयमा यस्ता जानकारी पुष्टि गर्नुपर्ने हुन सक्छ।
८. CV छोटो, सफा र Professional बनाउनुहोस्
अनावश्यक Paragraph, धेरै रंग, धेरै Icon वा Decoration प्रयोग नगर्नुहोस्। सामान्यतया Freshers का लागि १ पृष्ठ र अनुभव भएका व्यक्तिका लागि बढीमा २ पृष्ठ पर्याप्त हुन्छ।
९. सजिलो र पढ्न मिल्ने भाषा प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्
छोटो वाक्य प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। कठिन वा अनावश्यक शब्दको प्रयोग नगर्नुहोस्। Recruiter ले केही सेकेन्डमै तपाईंको CV बुझ्न सक्ने हुनुपर्छ।
१०. अन्तिम पटक सबै कुरा जाँच गर्नुहोस्
CV Submit गर्नु अघि आफ्नो Name, Mobile Number, Email, Education, Experience, Date, Spelling र Grammar फेरि राम्रोसँग जाँच गर्नुहोस्। एउटा सानो गल्तीले पनि नराम्रो प्रभाव पार्न सक्छ।
११. Profile Photo आवश्यक भए मात्र राख्नुहोस्
यदि कम्पनीले Photo मागेको छ भने मात्र स्पष्ट, हालसालै खिचिएको र Professional Photo प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। मागिएको छैन भने Photo नराख्दा पनि हुन्छ।
१२. CV PDF Format मा Save गरेर मात्र पठाउनुहोस्
PDF प्रयोग गर्दा सबै Device मा CV को Design र Formatting एउटै देखिन्छ। File Name पनि स्पष्ट राख्नुहोस्, जस्तै: Ram_Sharma_CV.pdf।
